Our 'free software' is free to use and distribute without restrictions for both private and commercial use, providing they are not modified in any way. Our software is typically only available in x64 format and is only supported on Microsoft supported editions of Windows/Windows Server. If for some reason you do need one of these tools compiled in x86 or another architecture such as ARM then please contact me via the contact page. Any such solution will be provided on a 'reasonable endeavor' basis.
Our paid software is licensed to users under specific terms and conditions that outline its permitted use. By purchasing a license, you gain the right to install and use the software in accordance with its licensing agreement. Unauthorized distribution, modification, or use beyond the terms of the license is strictly prohibited. The license may include limitations on the number of devices, users, or instances in which the software can be deployed. For full details on the licensing terms, we recommend reviewing the official agreement provided with the software purchase. Contract software terms are negotiable. If you have any questions or need clarification, please contact us via our support form.
All of our software is digitally signed for integrity and assurance and completely free from viruses, malware, or any malicious code. However, some antivirus programs may flag certain files or applications as potential threats due to heuristic analysis, outdated virus definitions, or overly aggressive security scanning. We may also use license protection software in our paid products which increases the potential of false positives. If you are unsure of any security alerts you receive regarding our software, please submit it to your anti-virus vendor for further analysis to confirm it contains no threats, or contact us via our support form so we may contact them on your behalf. Occasionally we are unable to submit/clarify that our software is legitimate with certain AV vendors (probably AI coded and typically Chinese/Korean/Indian - mentioning no names). If you see our utilities flagged by just one or two vendors on VirusTotal it isn't because we are malware, it is because they have no legitimate reporting chain. These are likely fringe AV solutions, but if you are using these as for your AV protection you should probably use something more reputable. For a more complete picture of validity, you might also want to confirm additional validation via sites such as www.virustotal.com (see the limitations of this above). Again, if you do encounter a false positive then let us know so we can work to get it rectified (where possible). More importantly, if the digital signature is not present or invalid on one of our software products that you possess, do not use it and instead re-download it directly from this site and inform us if you have any concerns.
Our software is provided as-is, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. By using our software, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise from its use. While we strive to ensure reliability, integrity and security, we cannot guarantee that our software will be error-free or function without interruption or entirely as intended. Users assume all risks associated with downloading, installing, and using our software.

There isn't one. This is a side-project from my day job and is primarily a driver to assist me in professionally transitioning from C/ASM/various other legacy languages to Rust and also (hopefully) for fun. If these utilities are useful to me, I hope they can be useful to you. I plan to continue to improve these utilities and add additional free software over time. If you do encounter any issues whilst using our software or have any suggestions then please send a message via the contact form. So why not publish these utilities as open source? A large number of my free software projects are based on solutions created for my current or previous employers. As I do not need any potential legal challenges, it makes it impossible to release these utilities as open source at this time.
